     One idea I had on a type of new media that currently does not exist revolves around an app. After much thought, I came to realize that we have Uber, Lyft, and taxi cabs that are at our service within minutes. However, we don't have an app that associates car services like limos or party busses that people can get a hold of last minute unless they are pre-ordered or reserved. I think there should be an app, either associated with Uber, Lyft, or on its own, where individuals can place orders for limos or party busses at least 2 hours in advance. This app would greatly benefit the majority of people that love spontaneous plans or even those groups of people that decide to make fun or fancy trips with their friends or family last minute. Access to this service could be done via smartphones, computers, iPads, etc. We know Uber has various options like the XL, but this limits the amount of people the vehicle can fit into it. With limos and party busses, more people can join the fun by being all together rather than getting split up in separate Uber cars. For example, if you and your 10 closest friends chose to go out to the city on a whim, this app can help make the event even more extravagant by providing you guys with a fun experience from the get-go, before you all even reach the city. This app would resemble the cost effectiveness that Uber and Lyft hold which would benefit the average consumer by not making them pay as much for a limo than they would have to if they went through a limo service for one night. In my opinion, this innovative idea would be substantially beneficial for many people overall by being convenient, affordable, and enjoyable. This new media platform proposal should definitely get considered in making this idea become a reality for people to take advantage of.
